1. Food and water sources should be properly covered or removed before the treatment. company or its representative will not be responsible for any damage.
2. Valuable items (including money, ornaments, important documents, and jewelry) should be stored safely to prevent damage or loss.
3. The room should be closed for min. six hours then ventilated for more than an hour and used a mask and gloves to clean the pesticide properly after that you can use your space.
4. Reconnect your electrical appliances (if disconnected) after half an hour of the treatment. like fridge, chimney, chiller, tooter, and other electric items.
5. Orange Ball staffs need to be informed if the clients have allergies to any chemicals.
6. Orange Ball will not liable for any damage or loss.
